About me

I'm a little bit crazy and LOVE great design. I also have an amazing love affair with COLOUR. It literally makes my heart sing! In the real world I am a graphic designer, specialising in designing books and magazines for UK & international clients. For recreation I have always turned to crafts, from painting to knitting and sewing, jewellery, photography … you name it, I've tried it.

I am inseparable from my sketch/ideas book and will doodle away on new ideas before I start the praticalities of making and refining. I divide my time between proper work (designing) and crafting, whiling away the hours in a brilliant art shed at the bottom of my garden, which I can create mess to my hearts content!  I love books, design, crafting, reading, my cats (Ferris & Lloyd) and very dark organic chocolate (not necessarily in that order). Oh, and my bloke, who encourages me every day to live my dreams and take time to jump in puddles, and happens to be the most AMAZING (and occasionally annoying) man in the world.
